As our tools, frameworks, and common language are being built out across our organization, we make them available for others to use them as well. 

Last year, we conducted facilitated sessions at SecondMuse, our partner organization, experimenting with the Practice Framework, and working directly with program teams.  It has become apparent that relationships are at the center of everything we do and our Theory of Change. Building our collective capacity around building relational wealth through our programs, to our partners and funders, and within our organization will further clarify and refine our approaches across the organization. The goals of this workshop were  1.) Introducing the concept of relational wealth and grounding it in our Practice and Theory of Change and 2.) Explore its applications and implications for our work.
